The fast growing company asked for a strong concept; a story which people / employees are proud of and that they want to identify with. This was important, so that when SONOS sets up new offices around the world, (new) employees understand what SONOS stands for, they can adopt it for themselves and spread the word. D/DOCK answered with a strong concept and a keen eye for desirable work processes. The result is a cool and playful environment with hot, medium and cold zones. The hot zones are meant for active communication and the cold zones provide a place for concentrating.
